Guess they want to make real "Fly" boys.

Seriously, this report is great. I read the fist 3 sections and it has lots of good detailed information in it. I've squirreled it away to finish when I get more time.

Thanks for the link.
Found on the web, a report titled "Levi-Civita Effect in the polarizable vacuum (PV) representation of
general relativity" confirms Davis and the business and address, http://www.earthtech.org/publications/2004%20-%20Levi-Civita%20Effect%20in%20PV.pdf .

3 Eric Davis listed with residential phone numbers in LV.
http://www.lasvegasmercury.com/2004/MERC-May-13-Thu-2004/23862329.html bottom of this article ties him with Jaques Vallee who is a UFO pioneer.
http://www.indystar.com/articles/0/192144-8210-010.html article refuting the whole thing as nuts.
No corporate filing for "Warp Drive Metrics" listed at Nevada Secretary of State database.
A brief bio and interview with stardrive.org is shown here http://www.stardrive.org/davis.shtml .

Assuming valid contact data for Mr. Davis is
Eric Davis
702-433-4999
tachyondavis@hotmail.com
Warp Drive Metrics
found at http://www.atwg.org/explorers_d-g.htm

the aerospace technology working group website. He is also listed here http://www.centauri-dreams.org/id6.html as a player on the Interstellar Flight Foundation.

With no actual phone listing for the company Warp Drive Metrics short of drive to the address listed and finding his home, he has been on the "inside" of some ufo incidents, participating in wide eyed dreaming for some time. Kinda sounds like he got payed $25000 to give the Air Force his hopes and wild ideas, f

Your tax payment pains shouldn't be too bad in relation to the $25K spent on this report, as it turns out to be only one millionth of one percent of the federal budget (using the proposed 2006 budget of 2.5 trillion dollars).
