After the speed of light, does there come a speed of being in a vacuum that's much faster?

As I understand it, the speed of light, 186,000 miles per second is as measured in a vacuum.

WHY NOT! Just because we/they haven't witnessed, seen or proved something exists does not preclude the possibility of it existing.

You have electromagnetic radiation as fast, because it is (virtually) weightless.

Anything else e.g., mass particles are going to need large amounts of energy to accelerate them and, of course, a 'vacuum' is not really a vacuum, containing much to impede the acceleration of material particles.

I don't think we will ever find anything more fast than light. And I believe in Einstein...

I think it would take a lot more energy to move even the smallest useful asteroid than to install smelting equipment and ferry the ore back.
