Hello everyone, new member as of this morning. I just saw the announcement of the DVD set coming in April, "The Center Seat" Star Trek series, and I have questions.
Mainly, who decided on the content and which characters would be included as the main figures for the DVD promotion? The photograph in the promo does not have Kirk or Picard in it, and there are a couple of characters that I do not recognize at all. And twice in the promotional material, Kirstie Alley is mentioned as a "legendary character" in the series? Really?
Don't get me wrong, I think this sounds like a very interesting series, and I am considering ordering the DVD set when it is available. However, it seems a little odd to me the above information I've mentioned is the main focus of advertising for this release.
