are black holes our chance for faster space travel between galaxies in the short lifetime of humans ?

Is it true that, black holes specially in situation of duel ( two black holes next to each others rotating in opposite directions ) create a tunnel in which, time a space stop ?

If that tunnel really exist can we create the same conditions that the duel black holes
Do . and use Wormholes Tunnels in space travel
Larry Niven wrote some great hard-science fiction stories about gravitational acceleration using extremely high density objects. He postulated neutronium masses, probably because they'd be easier to make.

Our best bet for such a thing would be natural objects in the yet-to-be discovered solar system. If "Nemesis", the death star, exists, there is a reasonable chance that it is a binary object.

If it is a pair of brown dwarfs, well, brown dwarfs actually have smaller radii as you consider larger masses, because the larger mass compresses the material more. You wouldn't get anywhere close to c, but then we're not talking about fiction here (there's a really cool forum for that on Uplink). I suppose you would call such a booster a "brown hole"...
