Well, this may have something or nothing to do with anything:<br /><br /><br />When Frankie Ray (I can't remember how her name was actually spelled - you probably remeber her in a later time as Galactus' herald "Nova") became another Human Torch - I remember Reed indicating that they would need to call their friends at Marvel and tell them to start publishing the Fantastic 5.<br /><br /><img src="/images/icons/wink.gif" /><br /><br />My intent by the way was not to correct - you happened to hit a number of years "sweet spot" during which I was reading Spidey, the FF, the Avengers, Iron Man, Thor etc. while I was in graduate school, so I was just having a little fun.<br /><br />Wayne <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> <p>"1) Give no quarter; 2) Take no prisoners; 3) Sink everything."  Admiral Jackie Fisher</p> </div>

Wayne,<br /><br />This is a fun thread, and you seem to remember them more then I, so I was commenting on the knowledge you seemed to have.<br /><br />And that was a interesting comment Reed had to say about contacting Marvel about becoming a bigger team amount. Thanks again.
