Your congress does seem to be a little bit mean and ignorant in terms of manned space exploration. I mean I understand that costs should be controlled, but space as a whole does not get funded so much (14-15 billion does seem pretty puny for a country like America). It is a shame that manned space exploration gets so undervalued in america. I hope that bush's plan gets the go ahead since it seems that without it, manned space exploration might die!<br /><br />propforce, I also thought that the CEV was just for the moon and beyond and not for earth to orbit. I would rather there was a reusable orbital shuttle in addition to the CEV!
