This thread is getting a bit on the long side and will have to be locked. (I wasn't paying attention and didn't see it go over the 600 post limit.) Before I lock it, is there any interest in me starting up a "part two" thread for it?

"People assume that time is a strict progression of cause to effect, but actually from a non-linear, non-subjective viewpoint it's more like a big ball of wibbly wobbly . . . timey wimey . . . stuff." -- The Tenth Doctor, "Blink"

My vote is to just lock it. This poor horse has been beaten long after it died. If anyone wants to beat it further, they can always start a new thread. (I wish I had one of those beating a dead horse emoticons. )

Nice.

Too bad that "Thunderbolts" is neither science, nor a credible scientific reference. Nor has the "Electric Universe" remotely proven itself.

Try again.

Differential Diagnosis: "I am both amused and annoyed that you think I should be less stubborn than you are."
