If I recall correctly, Roskosmos indicated that they would annouce the victor of the next gen spacecraft concept on 18 February. Does anyone have any news on this?

it was postponed as neither of the 3 proposal meeted the RSA requirements.

New tender will be in March/April with possible public announcement of a winner in late April.<br /><br />Chances stand 5:1 (my estimate) that Energia's proposal is going to make it.
