Perception of time out of visible Universe

If what do we see, looks like realtime very fluid with an flow, in an apprehensible view for us, (I don't know how is the perception of time for an ant or an snail if there is), and yet the atoms look extremely fast to us, and the universe extremely slow, how could be the perception of the time if all this are some kind of dimension, sensitive and with an awareness similar to ours? someone have already thought about it ?

If time is simply the distance it takes to travel from one quanta orbit to the next then time is simply activity.

The earth moves around the sun, the sun around the galaxy, the galaxy moving through the BB universe, the universe moving?

If the universe is just 1 of an infinite number then the entire BB universe is moving and probably at or near C.

Flat universe in 3 dimensions because of skewed perspective of relative motion?.
We also get skewed space with the same velocity.

Universe a dot in reality and we see time and space in it's format only because we are so skewed by velocity?

Perception of the passage of time is geared to mechanism of our perception. Thus the rate of reception of input entities, related to fineness of their effects, and how (if at all) these are perceived.
