><i>Oddly, I just checked ATK's website, and they call the Shuttle SRBs "RSRMs" -- Reusable Solid Rocket Motors</i><p>I asked about this a while back, shuttle_guy was kind enough to fill me in. The RSRM is the four booster segments and nozzle. Add the nose cone, parachute system, aft skirt and guidance and you have a SRB, in other words the motor is the main component of the booster.</p>
