Thanks, spread it around. S=19 (18.6) is a BIG bridge between religion & science, but this forum is very sensitive to any discussion of religion - I've been slapped on the wrist. I AM not allowed to even provide a link, but a google search will provide alot more information than the op.

There are many amazing patterns on Earth, both in life, and in the geology. These patterns, and the reasons for these patterns, are well understood.
Adding successively larger units to a structure will naturally create a spiral. Sea shells and fern frond fiddleheads are examples. Grouping units of the same size together will produce hexagonal cells because that is how six units fit together. Bee hives and the Giant’s Causeway are great examples. Leaves growing from a stem will form bilaterally because that creates a flat surface to most efficiently gather sunlight. Fractals such as lightning bolts, snowflakes, pineapples and clouds are another example. There is no magic or mysticism necessary to explain it, only math.
