Another set of questions for our esteemed shuttle_guy. <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" /><br /><br />What is the job of a TPE engineer during these last days before you pick up the count? I imagine that most of the power-up, power-down and engineering oversight work is over, as the vehicle is more or less in flight configuration?<br /><br />Is the vehicle powered up now, and if so does it remain so until landing?<br /><br />What is the job of TPE once the call-to-stations goes out? Does work on OV-104 and 105 stop once the count is picked up? Once the count starts, do you guys sleep "on campus"?<br /><br />On launch day, how much of KSC is shut down? Do you guys have workers in the OPFs for example? Can you give us a brief runthrough of a launch day, from TPE perspective?<br /><br />Okay, I think I'll stop now, while we're still friends. <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" />
