Silly Question: Coffee In Space?

Silly question i was wondering: do manned missions feature hot coffee for the astronauts? If so, when you wake up in space, is it common to 'need' a cup of coffee?

Coffee is one of the reasons we need artificial gravity. Then they can brew a real cup of Joe instead of having to use instant.<br /><br />

Isn't an espresso made by making use of a pressure differental, gravity might only be needed for weak filter coffee. <img src="/images/icons/smile.gif" />

You could use a French Press in space. Those make a very strong cup of coffee, and don't depend on hot water trickling down through a filter. Coffee is OK but I'm more worried about getting a nice cup of tea. Now where would I find crumb free biscuit...

LDSers transitioned to a coffee free existence. I've been caffiene free for a year (not that I am Mormon).<br /><br />It can be done.<br /><br />One great side effect, I can sleep all night with out waking up at 3AM for a pee break.<br /><br />I mutilated some corpses while going cold turkey on the stuff though.
