Are you talking nuclear missile test shots? If so, the spent stages fall into the Pacific ocean from either sides tests. I'm not sure any heavy ICBM tests are launched from Kwajalein? Most of those are launched from VAFB and the dummy RVs are observed from Kwajalein. They impact into the Pacific ocean somewhere near Kwajalein. I've do not recall ever seen any detailed publicly available information to answer these questions. I'm making guesses more or less based on launch site location, missile performance as far as typical staging patterns. Russian sites such as Baikonur are typically launched into high inclination orbits which would bring upper stages around the Earth in almost polar orbit inclinations before coming down.

The ICBM tests do not put anything into orbit.

For Russian rocket launches and or missile tests from Baikonur or Sary Shagan, the first stages would almost certainly impact land somewhere downrange of the launch site. Upper stages sometimes go into orbit for a few days to a few weeks before burning up in the atmosphere on the way to what would be an Indian ocean impact for any surviving pieces.

More info at this link:

http://astronautix.com/

BTW, your link didn't work for me, maybe a problem at my end.

My borrowed quote for the time being:

There are three kinds of people in life.
