Unfortunately you missed one laptop that is powerful and better than most you describe here. Only Apple's M3, might be better, this is Eluktronics RP15-G2.

For a under 1400 price you get 64GB of RAM, 2TB of hard drive and 2 graphic cards Ryzen 7840HS processor. These are better specs than most laptop you reviewed.

Performance is impressive, and great reliability.
