Replying to:

I read through an article that had a bunch of transcripts on it. Strange..Something just doesn't jive here and I can't put my finger on it. Either this is just an extremely "humped-up" situation with a mother that was driven to a psychotic break or, everyone in the family is lying. Now, we have the father, a former homicide detective used to stress in mortal situations, has, evidently, flipped his gourd and somehow, sorta decided he was going to do himself in. But, he's a homicide detective. He knows how to kill himself. WTF? So, what would make someone who is intimately familiar with various ways of dealing death go to all the trouble to write a 6 page suicide note, unfinished, call everyone and tell them he was going to off himself and then.. not do it? Of course, I'm glad he didn't kill himself. Nobody wants that. But, what drove him to the brink here yet didn't drive him over the edge?Either, he knows something material to the case or has guessed it or he was somehow involved (he was the last person beside the mother to see Caylee alive according to his own testimony). Considering how screwed up this case is, nothing would surprise me at this point. Casey is a verified whacko or, at least, has simply slipped a cog and isn't turning on all cylinders. The Mother, by all accounts, needs to be hospitalized and the father, evidently, has decided taking a dirt nap is preferable to continued respiration. You can't make a movie out of this. Nobody would believe it.
Posted by a_lost_packet_

What George might be having trouble living with, perhaps, is decades of acquiesence in rearing Casey.
