You just called it "EARTH'S GREAT SPACE EXPOSITION". That does not immediately look related to "Google Lunar X-Prize Cup" or "Moon v 2.0" ...<br /><br />And I am not aware of any regulations stating that only US companies can enter... I have actually volunteered some of my time with a team which will soon enter the competition officially, and I'm not an American citizen or resident.
