Is it possible to stay in the "exact same spot" in the universe?

Maybe but it would take a long set of math to figure out the spot to be.
Then again it's impossible to tell how fast our entire universe itself is moving.
Our universe could easily be 1 universe in a galaxy of universes that have movement also.
