<p>Some questions.&nbsp; Maybe some of them more appropriate to ask the Phoenix team members.&nbsp; But maybe some people on SDC know as well.&nbsp;</p><p>1. Anyone know the freezing/boiling temperature for H20 on Mars?&nbsp; A quick google turned up nothing.</p><p>2. Given Phoenix is at -33C now, any chance we'll catch sublimation in progress this summer? </p><p>3. When the arm begins digging, how will we know when it hits ice?</p><p>4. What might the ice look like?&nbsp; Clear?&nbsp; Dirty?&nbsp; Muddy?</p><p>5. Are there more pictures than the one we've seen of Phoenix+parachute taken from MRO?&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

Did it fall as ice from the sky (hailstones ?) than it might be clear.. if at one time it was liquid, it must have mixed with the soil and will be dirty</p><p>We will have to wait for the news on MRO site.. but I think if they had made more images, they would have shown.</p><p>fact is that both machines were in fast motion and unless they filmed it too... this might b the only good image<br /></p> <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
