Other than a rich person's joy ride and bragging rights is there a business plan and are there economic market based reasons for commercial suborbital flights? Otherwise, wouldn't riding in a motorcycle sidecar with a driver who resembles an early evolutionary hominid provide a cheaper and safer "thrill of a lifetime"?
