FAA delays environmental review of SpaceX's Starship 2 more weeks, to June 13

Some of the local opposition has filed lawsuits alleging that the Space-X operations are blocking access to "public" beaches (for about 60 hours per year) and that is a violation of the Texas Constitution. The Feds may be trying to wait to see where that goes.

One of the complainants in that lawsuit is an environmental group. I wonder if they would file the same complaint if the Texas Department of Natural Resources closed the same beach for something like a sea turtle or shore bird nesting period.
