moving planets

is it possible to "Move a planet" into the goldilocks zone



and i mean a planet the size of mars or venus one we could live on

possible? Yes. They are just large objects afterall. You could sling lots, and lots, and lots of comets past them and alter the orbital dynamics...

Practical? No, not at all. Not unless/until we reach an absurdly high level of technology compared to today.
