In russianspaceweb.com they say that the Angara will have it's first flight at the end of 2006. However, I admit that maybe their source is wrong.

Well, progress is being made on Anarga. The launch pad is under construction, the launch table is at Plestek and the engines are undergoing tests. So 2006 or 2007 should be possible. However, this will only be the Anarga 1 version, so that will put about 600kg in LEO, not that shocking.
