The haziness of the atmosphere is a very sensible explanation for a whiter tint of color for Uranus. Haze, I assume, is similar to thin clouds where the larger molecules will reflect light rearward and forward (Mie Scattering), so white sunlight reflects more white added to the blues due to Rayleigh Scattering.

The green tint, however, seems to go without explanation, or did I miss it?
