Space recycling

Is it true that in the centre of every galaxy there is a black hole?
If so could this effectively be recycling all matter to another time in space?

First, Welcome to Space.com

Second, no not all galaxies seem to have black holes.

Third, this is not the appropriate forum for this discussion, as there are a half a dozen threads discussing this subject in
Space Science and Astronomy. When I find the right one, this post will be merged into one of the ongoing discussions.
It's not really a physics subject here.
