They are coming out, going to the space-van.

They took some photos on the pad, and are now getting in the Shuttle.

Commander Dex boarding first.

Yes, lag on NASA TV on my pooter is 2 1/2 minutes :(

Anyhoo, everyone is aboard, Comm checks complete, time to button up the hatches.

Yes, like any other media outlet, they talk too much...like over the NASA TV voice feed that I want to litsen to :(

BTW, at launch time, in the US, Fox News Channel knows that they don't know what they are talking about, so usually plays the NASA TV feed in real time for about 4 minutes on either side of the launch with their mouths shut.

Factoids...At launch, the ISS will be over the Atlantic SW of Ireland

SRB burnout and Separation is at 2:05, Main Engine Cutoff at 8:25. Launch orbit is 136 X 36 Nautical Miles.

Range is currently NO GO due to a failed "command encoder verifier. Not known yet if this will affect scheduled launch.

System is partially working (one of redundant sources), so range is now GO.

Access arm retracted. I with that spaceflightnow crew would STF up.

Good Morning,

I am now 41, getting old, this will be a nice birthday present if she goes OK.

Video is not working for me, but is being covered live on BBC TV.
