While this is a Hollywood trend, who do you think should have a movie about them?

Green Lantern spikes my interest. (Never could figure out how his ring would work in yellow sunlight though.

If you could get a good Thor actor, his life and battles might be interesting.

Maybe a Legionaires movie?

Dr. Strange was done in 1978. It wasn't too good.

He does provide an opportunity for some great special effects and you also have the romance issue with Clea.

Wonder how the dread Dormamu would look.

Spiderman was a short lived TV series about the same time - it too suffered from the limitations of stunts/special effects of the time.

Wayne

"1) Give no quarter; 2) Take no prisoners; 3) Sink everything." Admiral Jackie Fisher

Captain America also had a short lived TV series in that time frame. I hated that they made his shield transparent - a plastic like material...

I like Reb Brown, but not in this...

Wayne

"1) Give no quarter; 2) Take no prisoners; 3) Sink everything." Admiral Jackie Fisher

Ran across this reference in Wikipedia:

In 2005 Variety reported on the formation of Marvel Entertainment, a business entity dedicated to producing film adaptations of Marvel Comics properties. Marvel Entertainment released a list of Marvel properties being developed for production by the company to be released through a partnership with Paramount Pictures. The list includes Captain America. Other properties specifically named in the press announcement are the Avengers, Nick Fury, Black Panther, Ant-Man, Cloak and Dagger, Dr. Strange, Hawkeye, Power Pack, and Shang-Chi. Budgets for each film are expected to be between $45 million and $180 million. The first picture under the arrangement is slated for release by 2008.

Here is the ref:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Captain_America#Movies

"1) Give no quarter; 2) Take no prisoners; 3) Sink everything." Admiral Jackie Fisher
