I'd guess safe to touch. The tiles dissapated the heat pretty fast from what I understand. Do they crew (in particular the ISS crew) get counseling after landing (besides the general checkup by the doc)?<br /><br />Id imagine after being on the ISS with only 2 other people for months on end, coming back to earth is somewhat of a shock to them

Also, aren't the fumes from the RCS thrusters still present for a bit after landing, too? <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
