IF a Hubble rescue mission is required it would launch off of pad B a few days after the Hubble launch. The damaged pad was pad A.</p> <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>

All I can say is the damage really illustrates the power of the SRBs.&nbsp; It looks like the concrete on the sloped side is pushed out, like some kind of over pressure behind it.&nbsp; If so, one wonders what structural problems exist that are not obvious.&nbsp;

<p>Does anyone know how to obtain the HD version of a launch replay?&nbsp; And no, I don't mean the replay of the regular media feed, I'm talking about from one of the isolated cams, specifically the launch pad cam as seen at <u><strong>5min 30 sec. into this clip:</strong></u></p><p>&nbsp;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VfHy59Nc5EI</p><p>Wasn't that one of the all-time finest launch sequences, complete with Discovery eclipsing the sun, and the dramatic deep blue sky?&nbsp; Imagine it in HD!&nbsp; Where would one look for that?&nbsp; (I don't see any sign of it on NASA's page)&nbsp;</p> <div class="Discussion_UserSignature"> </div>
